Had a fantastic body scrub and message also shoulders and scalp .Anna / Hannah was very calming friendly and professional. Had the most relaxing .1and half hours on Friday. Would definitely go again .

I was treated to an aromatherapy massage by my sister and it was the most wonderful experience that I never knew I needed but now will become a regular treatment for me! I explained to my therapist, Sarah that I had never had a massage before and I felt a little apprehensive as I didn’t know what to expect. She made me feel very comfortable and asked me what areas I would most like to focus on and gave me a choice of aroma oils. The massage was incredible, I’ve never felt so relaxed! Received a voucher for £70 for my 30th birthday. I don't live locally and presumed it would last at least a year (I will have to travel and book to stay locally to visit the spa and I just haven't had the funds!). I have just called and been informed that the £70 my friends have contributed has been completely wiped. Feeling very disappointed and would not recommend buying vouchers from here!

I have just had the amazing Nora Bode Skincredible facial performed by the lovely Ayshia. Wow! What an amazing experience, so relaxing I actually dozed off. I highly recommend this treatment and I will definitely have this again.

Highly recommend The Lilac Room. After a few days of tension and knots in my upper back, I had a lovely massage by Chloe. Only thing that let this experience down was the room service left in the hallway on the floor.

Had a voucher as a gift from my wife. Decided on the Tension Relief Massage. Was a little nervous as never been somewhere and had a professional massage before, and was unsure of what to expect. I can only say..'' Why did I wait so long! And what was I worried about?". Helen was wonderful..friendly, engaging, professional and polite. The massage was super relaxing, and I felt great afterwards. Would 100% recommend based on my experience... definitely returning, next time for a Head In The Clouds! Today I had a shrinking violet body wrap done which involves a neck, face & scalp massage too for about half an hour. In total the treatment lasts 85 mins. It was very relaxing and soothing and the wrap made me lose a total of 11 inches off my body. Would certainly recommend and will return for more. Sarah done my treatment and was lovely and reassuring.
